Leg Workouts for Women at Home 1
This workout relatively easy and doable as long as you don't have knee injury.. My suggestion if you're having knee injury, try rehab first. And how to rehab? Actually I know because I'm totally healed from my knee injury.
My Real Step to Healed from Injury :
1. Of course PRAY to GOD! Only Him who can healed us perfectly.
2. Do Squat! ( This is the best rehab training that really effective ) Do this 20 times @ 3 sets. Do squat everyday until you can do that 100 times @ 3 sets per day.. After this training, you'll feeling much much much better and having your knee power again!
I know the feeling of having knee injury and doing squat really makes us scared because it makes sounds too on our knee.. But, don't let it stop you. And DO NOT OVERWORK it! I know you want to healed fast, but there's no shortcut. The best shortcut is DISCIPLINE!
After that, you can try this leg workouts easily without worrying your knee and make your leg beautiful :)..
